How I keep my brain healthy
How to live to a ripe old age & enjoy it
Learn about the world as it will spark growth & creativity. I do that by researching & learning more about my heroes. My heroes are people with physical impairments that succeed.
Trigger deeper thinking & help keep your mind flexible. I do that by projecting myself as various historic figures in the history of humankind with which I have an affinity. I also write the first thing in the morning about awesome things.
Always be awesome. Find & discover things around you that will have you in awe. I do that, as an example, by visiting the British Museum when I’m in London & viewing the Elgin marbles & Tutankhamen’s Sarcophagus. I also find new secret places to watch birds.
Do a different thing each day. I do this by finding something new to do or & try each day. Reading, doing, eating, or alternative activities (like having a massage).
Crash & Burn. When creating its best to start using & showing what you have. I do this by failing fast as this will allow me to implement improvements quickly. I might be old but I do more new things than those that are younger.
Force your brain to work in both directions. Attempt to create as much content as what you consume. Freddie Mercury was a great entertainer, but he would not have done that from the audience.
